How refunds work

To qualify for a refund, items must meet the following conditions: and return requests must be made within the window stated in our Return Policy.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are not eligible for refunds: gift cards, final-sale items, custom or personalized products, and any items that show signs of use or damage.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method in USD and will arrive within 5 business days after we receive the returned item.

Shipping Costs

; the customer does NOT pay return shipping. Please note that original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on Moonbeamtoys’s part. Restocking fee.

How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@moonbeamtoys.shop with your order ID and reason for return.
2. Expect a response within 24 business hours.
3. Once approved, receive your RMA number and prepaid return label within 2 business days.
4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it back using the provided prepaid label.
5. Refunds will be issued within 5 business days after we receive the returned item and complete the inspection.
