Overview
Our return policy aims to provide clarity and confidence while shopping with us. If any item does not meet your expectations, eligible products can be returned within the specified timeframe for a refund or store credit.
How returns work
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unused, unopened, and with all tags still attached. The original packaging should also be intact.
Return Window
Returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned: personalized products, items marked as final sale at checkout, and any items that show signs of use or damage.
Exchange Option
Exchanges are processed as a return followed by a new order. To exchange an item, return it and then place a new order for the desired item.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a shipping method that provides tracking. An RMA number will be issued within 2 business days of approval.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Email us at support@moonbeamtoys.shop within 30 days of delivery.
2. Provide your order ID and the reason for your return.
3. Expect a response within 24 business hours, including your Return Merchandise Authorization number.
4. Ship the item back using a trackable method to the address provided in our response.
